The Art of Being Still

“Through return to simple living Comes control of desires. In control of desires Stillness is attained. In stillness the world is restored.” ~ Lao Tzu

A lot is happening in my life now. And in all the bustle and noise, I’ve forgotten to stop and be still. To be silent, not just in word but also in spirit, mind and soul. Don’t fault me, if for the next couple of months I decide to be still.

And from that stillness, I intend to make changes to my life and to take the path least traveled.

Here is an article : Stillness is a Powerful Action, that I read and totally agree on. It reminded me that it was time I returned to doing something I use to do. Practice stillness.
